1、 Improper installation

2. The bearing clearance is too small due to improper installation, installation deviation or not installed in the bearing position. The inner and outer rings are not in the same center of rotation, resulting in non concentricity.
Suggestion: select appropriate or professional bearing installation tools, and use special instruments to test after installation.
2、 Poor lubrication
According to the investigation, poor lubrication is the main cause of bearing premature damage. The main reasons include: not filling lubricant or lubricating oil in time; The lubricant or lubricating oil is not filled in place; Improper selection of lubricant or lubricating oil; Incorrect lubrication, etc.
Suggestion: choose the right lubricant or lubricating oil and use the right lubrication filling method.
3、 Fatigue
Fatigue failure is a common failure mode of bearings. The common causes of fatigue failure may be: long term overload operation of bearings; Not timely maintenance; Improper maintenance; Equipment aging, etc.
Suggestion: select proper bearing type and replace fatigue bearing regularly and timely.
4、 Pollution
Pollution can also lead to premature bearing damage, pollution refers to dust, metal chips into the bearing interior. The main reasons include: opening the bearing package too early before use, causing pollution; The working environment is not clean during installation, causing pollution; The working environment of the bearing is not clean and the working medium is polluted.
